Christine (Chris) and Colin Gardner
have over 30 years experience in the hospitality business. They first met and worked together in Colís family bakery in Frankston then moved to Toongabbie with their 3 young daughters.

Following 8 years as the owner/operators of Colís Plaza Bakery in the Traralgon Plaza, they moved out into the business district in November 1996 and opened up the family-based home style cafť known as Chaciís Eatery.

By demand they added the catering unit, originally specialising in office lunches and spit-roasts but quickly evolving to include weddings, corporate and sporting events. Fourteen years later they have moed of from the cafe and now specialise in on-site catering.

Rodney (Son-in-law) - butcher by trade, comedian by choice.

Tammy (daughter) and Glynn (Sister) - service with a smile.

Bar Diva
Erica (sister) - mixes a mean cocktail, helps with service and adds a bit of creative flair to the mix.

Extras Ė the benefit of a large and extended family, when the occasion calls we enlist the help of the in-laws (daughterís and our own), brothers, nephews and our staff that have become friends of the family.
